*The following fees may be charged in addition to above fees if applicable:
- Private lender mortgages
- B-lender or monoline mortgages
- Registration of additional title transfers (included in Purchase and Mortgage)
- Discharge of additional mortgages
- Payout of additional unsecured debts
- New construction homes from builder
- Processing and payout of bridge loan
- Leasehold properties
- First Nation properties
*A charge for software usage is applicable to all conveyancing files, along with GST.
*A fee is levied for the use of courier or registered mail if necessary.
*A charge is incurred for each certified cheque if needed.
*An extra fee is imposed for any additional signing appointments requested beyond the initial one included in the quoted price.
*An additional fee is imposed on refinance transactions if completion is requested within five business days after our office receives instructions from the client.
*An extra fee is applied to purchase and sale transactions if completion is requested within five business days after our office receives instructions from the client.
*Instructions received after 12:00 PM are considered as received on the subsequent business day.

- B-lender or monoline mortgages:$150 plus tax
- Registration of additional title transfers (included in Purchase and Mortgage): $350 plus tax and land title disbursements
- Discharge of additional mortgages: $150 plus tax and land title disbursements
- Payout of additional unsecured debts: $50 plus tax and courier fee
- New construction homes from builder: $250 plus tax
- Processing and payout of bridge loan: $250 plus tax
- Leasehold properties: $250 plus tax
- First Nation properties: $475 plus tax

*A $85 fee is charged for courier or registered mail (if required).
*A $75 fee is charged per cheque for certification (if required).
